Commissioned oIL PAINTINGS
Jan Allmon prides herself in her commissioned art work. Whether your request is a specific color pallet, theme, subject or frame size, she is able to accommodate most requests. Her commissioned art work has included ballroom dancers, home gardens, bridal bouquets, farms, landscapes, still lifes, and animals... Jan can paint from a photo or on location. Please feel free to contact Jan to discuss your needs.
Art Demonstrations and GALLERY receptions
Every other month Jan Allmon hosts a gallery reception to welcome the public into her studio to see how art is made. Jewelry artists, sculptors and painters all take part in providing a half-hour to hour demonstration on their craft.
Art Consultation
Jan will gladly visit your home or office without obligation to suggest ways to enhance your environment. She keeps abreast of current trends in the fine art world by subscribing to art and design publications and participating in art organizations. Jan is a member of the American Impressionist Society, Oil Painters of America, Ohio Plein Air Society and the Worthington Art League.
Private Art Classes
Art classes start at the beginning of each month for groups of two - three. The two hour class costs $40 for new members, and is held upon demand, as individuals sign up. Bring the material you would like to work with and receive demonstrations and advice from Jan. Keep these classes in mind as you shop for your loved ones- art classes make a great gift for anyone looking to enrich their own lives with art. We have a wide variety off frames that will be enhance your art. Jan will help you select the perfect frame for an oil painting or giclee on canvas that you would like to frame with distinction.
